The Studio School is equipped with a team of dedicated and
supportive staff who are committed to working with students to deliver a future-focused and empowering education experience, as well as supporting students’ wellbeing.
We provide a nurturing and supportive environment that cultivates growth and development. The Studio School learning ecosystem challenges the traditional teacher-student relationship and students work with TSS teaching staff within a much smaller ratio, and thus receive highly individualised attention and support. At The Studio School, students work closely with their Mentor Teacher to
measure success through an individual learning plan.

Trained to offer specific support for students in time management and other skills, Mentor Teachers support students in a range of ways. A Mentor Teacher works closely with students to enrich their learning experiences and help develop their personal skills. As knowledgeable and experienced professionals, mentors bring a wealth of expertise and practical insight into the educational process.
